Victor Sibeko, CPRP, FPRISA, M.Inst.D, is a Chartered Public Relations Practitioner (CPRP) and Fellow of Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (FPRISA), the highest honour in the profession. Bestowed an “Ambassador-at-Large” the highest rank, accredited to represent the Institution internationally by the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA) for having distinguished himself with exceptional qualities of leadership and professionalism. Sibeko is an astute member of the esteemed Institute of Directors (IOD).

Sibeko is a professional with a unique combination of strategic business experience in leadership; management, administration, operational and tactical management; bringing to the fore the ability to combine all elements of holistic organisational leadership.

Professional Goals include continuing growth in organisational leadership, critical thinking, issues management and strategic management knowledge, with a passion in strategy development, strategic workshop facilitation and turn-around strategy.

Sibeko aspire to make a meaningful contribution in developing and implementing real world class solutions for real world class challenges in in all aspects of life. He has Wealth of experience in diverse industries, recently remained grounded in Organisational Development in all forms.

Sibeko has established a boutique consultancy, Classic Public Relations and Strategic Management Consulting (CPR-SMC) rendering Integrated Public Relations services and management consultancy as well Corporate Training. He facilitates strategy development, Turn-around strategy, Change Management, Team Building and lots more.

Sibeko is also highly skilled in concept development, implementation, measurement and evaluation. He is highly active in the Public Relations and Communication Management as well as Strategic Management. A seasoned Travel, Tourism and Hospitalityentreprenuer, specialising in Meetings Incentives Conferences & Events (MICE) and a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO).

He has and still serve in various Boards, Executive Committees and strategic leadership structures. Sibeko has throughout his career liaised with various institution’s highest offices from Presidency, Ministries, Corporate, most senior organizations leadership and top Trade Unions Leadership,

Sibeko is a corporate training facilitator and a lecturer at various institutions by invitation. He is also a seasoned job and skills matching facilitator, a process that look at successful utilisation of skills, the extent to which skills are effectively matched in an organization and the labour market.

Over and above corporate training Sibeko has participated in United States / South Africa Exchange programme for Community Leaders enabled by the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS) Centre for Continuing Education. He also participated in a United Kingdom / South Africa exchange programme facilitated by TocH, an International Christian Movement based in the UK. Through the programmes Sibeko travelled the length and breadth of these countries, completing theoretical and practical training.

Currently a sought after speaker at International Conferences on topical issues. Also presented several times on Corporate Social Investment (CSI) in various countries includingMauritius where he conducted workshops on CSI & Accountability and CSI Measurement. One of the intervention was attended by the President of Mauritius, senior Government officials, business leaders, Public Relations professionals and Media.

Sibeko’s services are highly sought after even within Social circles where he is asked to mentor and coach interested parties. Subsequent to his wealth of experience, Sibeko is often asked conduct Master of Ceremony / Programme Director, Facilitator, Convener and Moderator services by both individuals and many other organnisations.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, currently Sibeko heads his own businesses Buhle Bethu Group of companies rendering among others, Travel and Tourism services, Meetings, Incentives Conferences and Expos / Events. He also facilitates Entrepreneurship workshops and render assistance in business startup, business planning and how to run a viable a Small Medium Enterprise (SMMEs).

Mentoring and coaching is what Sibeko loves best, mentors and coach aspiring interested individuals in many fields of their interest. He is humbled and live by his philosophy of life that says “I aspire to inspire before I expire.” He also conducts special programmes on hospitality specializing in Protocol and Etiquette for those who love hosting guests or in the Hospitality business.

Community Development is one of Sibeko’s interest and major contribution especially on youth development programmes, He is a Board Chairperson and advisor of Future Leaders, recently joined ITU Foundation Board and passionate about youth programmes viz. Life Skills, Leadership training, Moral Regeneration – (addressing drugs, substance abuse, teenage pregnancy and crime); Entrepreneurship Development and Career Guidance & Pathing.

Sibeko has also worked for many other organizations including the Johannesburg Emergency Management Services as a Paramedic and still continues as a registered active reservist / volunteer.
